These terms describe permitted use of the AI With Sosa website, its materials and demonstrations. AI With Sosa is a founder-led business based in Delaware. Questions can be directed to Hello@aiwithsosa.com.
These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, service agreement or data-processing agreement. A separate written agreement governs any commissioned work.
02Services, pricing and project agreements
Service descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a binding project quote. Final scope, pricing, payment schedule, revisions, delivery expectations, ownership or licensing of deliverables, cancellation and ongoing support are agreed in writing for each project.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a conversation does not purchase a service, reserve production time or create an obligation to begin work. Any existing signed client agreement continues to govern that relationship.
03Content and intellectual property
Website designs, copy, graphics, code, logos and other materials belong to AI With Sosa or their respective owners. Client names, trademarks, reviews and project examples remain subject to their owners’ rights.
You may view the site and share links to it. Reproducing, selling, distributing or adapting protected materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Displaying a project in our portfolio does not grant permission to reuse that client’s materials.
04Demonstrations and results
Concepts, simulations and interactive demonstrations illustrate design or workflow capabilities. They are not live customer transactions and do not establish that a depicted workflow is installed for a paying client. The 123 Homes cinematic experience is an independent concept, as labeled on the site.
Portfolio examples and testimonials describe particular work or experiences. They are not a promise of equivalent results. Outcomes such as leads, search rankings, bookings or revenue depend on factors beyond website design and are not guaranteed.
05Responsible use and inquiries
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or send spam or knowingly false information.
Submit only information you are entitled to share. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data through the inquiry form. You retain rights in materials you provide; handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to client websites, demonstrations, booking services, reviews and social profiles lead to independently operated services. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices may differ from ours.
