01Who this policy covers

This policy explains how AI With Sosa (also styled AIWithSosa), a founder-led business based in Delaware, handles information collected through aiwithsosa.com, project inquiries and related communications. Contact Eseosa “Sosa” Wilkinson at Hello@aiwithsosa.com with privacy questions.

Client projects may have additional privacy or data-processing terms in a separate written agreement. Independent websites linked from this site have their own policies.

02Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, website address, service interest, and any project details or messages you choose to submit.
  • Inquiry and relationship records: correspondence, requested services, follow-up notes, appointment details and project records created while handling your request.
  • Campaign information: campaign tags in the address of the page you use to submit an inquiry, such as source, medium and campaign name. These help us understand where inquiries originate.
  • Technical information: our hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Our form also uses an IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

03How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess your business needs, discuss services and proposals, arrange conversations, manage client relationships, understand inquiry sources, maintain business records, and operate and protect the website.

The inquiry form asks for permission to contact you about your request. You can ask us to stop follow-up communications by replying to us or using the contact details below. Necessary service, transaction or legal communications may still be required.

04Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, data storage, email, scheduling, business administration and technical support. Access depends on the service being used and the information needed for that purpose.

  • Hosting and inquiry storage: the site and its inquiry system use Netlify infrastructure.
  • Communications and scheduling: email and calendar providers may process correspondence and bookings. If you follow our Calendly booking link, Calendly collects the details you enter and provides relevant booking information to us. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice.
  • AI-assisted business tools: when enabled for a business workflow, AI providers may process relevant business information, notes or inquiry details to help prepare analysis or responses. The public inquiry form saves your request; submitting it does not itself call an AI service.
  • Technical monitoring: error-reporting providers may receive limited technical diagnostics when monitoring is enabled.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate misuse. Providers and linked services may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

05Fonts, cookies and tracking

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those files, which involves technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

The public site does not include advertising pixels or scripts that track your browsing across other websites. Campaign tags are recorded with an inquiry when present. Restricted administrative areas use authentication cookies; these are separate from submitting a public inquiry.

We do not use browser “Do Not Track” signals to change this site’s behavior. Our public-site code does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking. Third-party services you visit through our links may use cookies or collect activity across websites under their own policies; their practices are outside our control.

06Retention and security

Retention depends on why a record is needed: responding to an inquiry, maintaining an ongoing business relationship, fulfilling project commitments, meeting legal and accounting requirements, or addressing disputes. Inquiry records are not automatically deleted when you leave the site or after a fixed period.

We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to discuss a secure transfer method before sending confidential project materials.

07Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form and may contact us by phone instead. You can email Hello@aiwithsosa.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or to ask us to stop follow-up communications.

Describe your request and the email address or business associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will assess requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, active services or legitimate dispute resolution. The rights available to you depend on your location and the laws that apply.

08Children’s information

Our services are intended for businesses and their adult representatives. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

09Changes and contact

We will post updates on this page and revise the date above. For material changes, we will also provide a prominent website notice or contact affected individuals where appropriate or required by law.
